One line of these toys is completely made of wood, safe for the youngest child. For the older child, see our line of puzzles, brain teasers, board games, handheld electronic games and radio controlled cars, trucks, boats, planes, motorcycles, blimps and helicopters. TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: Our products are shipped from different factories, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will be notified of any out of stock items and they will be shipped as soon as available, unless you indicate otherwise. We normally ship ground UPS or Fed Ex, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail, and in the instance of some larger items that can't be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, we will use an LTL common carrier.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to The Manufacturer's acceptance and terms, this will indemnify PUzzled GAme BOard against any loss.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to PUzzled GAme BOard for any UPS or Fed Ex shipments or directly to a common carrier who accepts all liability for claims. PUzzled GAme BOard will assist in the process of collections.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from receipt of merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice. Don't return anything without pre-authorization.
#9.)Returns: All returns must have prior approval from The Manufacturer before shipping back and subject to the following conditions: -All returned goods must be sent back pre-paid of all transportation chargers. If purchased within 30 days, they can be returned for full refund of purchase price, exclusive of shipping and handling charges.They must be in brand-new saleable condition, otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply. If damaged, no refund will be possible. If returns are due to damage claims or warranty claims please see that section.
#10.)Back-orders: We do not normally ship partial orders unless there are special circumstances deeming it necessary. If this is the case we will notify the customer.
#11.) Waiver: a waiver by The Manufacture of one more of the conditions of the terms of sale is not to be considered a waiver of any other clause(s) of the terms of sale.
#12.) Warranty: The Manufacturers warrant all of their products to be free from defects in the workmanship or the materials under use and service that it is intended for. If any part of the product proves to be defective in the workmanship or the materials, and if such part is within 12 months of the date of shipment or invoice,(which ever is the latter), from the manufacturer's factory, first you must have prior written approval for return, then returned to such factory with transportation charges pre-paid, and if the same is found by the manufacturer to be defective in the workmanship or the materials, it will be replaced or repaired, at the manufacturer's discretion, free of charges, and returned to the customer transportation charges pre-paid. The manufacturers assume no liability for consequential damages of any kind, due to abuse or otherwise not normal usage of the products, and the buyer, by acceptance of this product, will assume all liability for the consequences of it's use and/or misuse by the buyer or others. A defect within the meaning of this warranty in any part or any products shall not, when such part is capable of being repaired or replaced, operate to condemn such product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties (including without limiting the generality of the foregoing warranties of merchants ability and fitness for a particular purpose), guarantees, obligations, or liabilities, expressed or implied, by the manufacture or it's representatives and by the statute or rule of law.
#13.) Warranty Service: No products are to be returned to manufacturer without having prior approval. Proof of purchase, invoice or shipment from manufacturer within 12 months, is required to substantiate any warranty claim. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions on the warranty of our products through the application of the products.
#14.) Repair Policy: The Manufacturers warrant their products to be free from defects in the workmanship or the materials under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice or shipment, (which ever is the latter), from the factory. If for some reason a returned product is found to not qualify under our terms and conditions of our expressed warranty, we will notify the buyer of said costs of repair and return freight charges with an explanation. The returned product will not be returned unless we get a response and pre-payment for repair costs and/or return freight charges. If no response within 30 days after notification the products will be disposed of. |
